A. Keep open communication and clear communication between leadership members. Follow up on them and stay in close contact with the feelings and morale of the underclassmen to make sure all is happy in the neighborhood. YELLING does no good. Write your management up! Leave your associates alone to do their job and their job only!-- NOT managements job. Take time to see who really is doing the work. Give accountability to the one who rightfully desearves it! If underclassmen are doing the management and leadership calls then give them the pay and rank to go with it or get off their back and get back to doing your own jobs!!!
