Homemade Spaghetti Sauce using Roma Tomatoes?
Q. Anyone know any homemade Spaghetti Sauce recipes that use Roma Tomatoes? I've made homemade spaghetti sauce before, but I usually take the easy way out in using a canned tomatoe.

A. Roma tomatoes are the very best for making your own sauce. congratulations for having enough! (they will not go as far as you think). The recipe above is excellent, but you can also make your own tomato sauce and follow any spagett sauce recipe. this is going to turn out sooo good. What time shall we all be over? hehe FRESH basil cannot be beat. If you are going through the effort to make this good sauce, please consider fresh basil instead of dried.

What should I do for dinner with: boneless, skinless chicken breast, roma tomatoes, spinach, hvy. cream....??
